Data Deletion Instructions
At Meeting Notes AI, we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from our service, please follow the instructions below:
Option 1: Delete Data Within the App
- Open the Meeting Notes AI application
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Scroll down and tap on “Privacy & Data”
- Select “Delete My Data”
- Confirm your choice when prompted
Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the application, you can request data deletion by:
- Sending an email to [email protected]
- Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once completed
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon your request, we will delete:
- All recordings and transcriptions
- Summaries and analysis data
- Chat history with AI
- User profile information
- Usage statistics and preferences
Data Retention
Please note that some information may be retained for legal, security, or technical reasons as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This typically includes:
- Records required for financial or tax purposes
- Anonymized usage data that cannot be linked back to you
- Information needed to prevent fraud or future abuse
