How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:

Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Flash Learn"
Your email address associated with the app account (if applicable)
Any additional information that helps us identify your account

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete:

Your account information (if you have created an account)
Your recorded audio files stored on our servers
Your transcriptions and notes stored on our servers
Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Stored on Your Device

Please note that some data may be stored locally on your device. To delete this data:

Delete the app from your device, or
Use the app's settings to clear local data (if available)

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
